What restaurants are located inside of the John Hancock Observatory?

I am planning on going to John Hancock Observatory in Chicago, IL and was wodering if any restaurants were located inside there.

1. The Signature Room located on the 95th and 96th floor. - make reservations early. Very expensive, and the food is hit or miss. The bar is great.
2. The restaurant at the top of the Hancock building is mediocre and expensive. Skip it & go to the bar istead.
3. Skip the restaurant and go to the bar - the food is overpriced and terrible. However, the bar is a great bet. If you take the elevator up to the observatory, you will be paying $10. - Instead, go to the bar, which will have a shorter (sort of) line for its seperate elevator, cost nothing, and you can get a drink for less money and a great seat. Plus, you can walk around the entire view and get the same view.
