weddings in punta cana, any ideas of places, where to start? what to do and what not to do?

I m looking to have at least 45 - 50 people, the only difference is, I want an actual reception and not a dinner at a restaurant. I would like a minister and not a judge and a DJ at the reception. Can I do that?
