Why is it that a Real Estate Mogul never becomes the richest man on Earth?

Real Estate is always one of the MOST profitable business in town. During recessions real estate is doing bad, however otherwise, if you know how to do it, then it is very profitable. So why don't we ever see a real estate mogul become the richest man?

2. because there are people making millions of pounds/dollars every day on the internet, so i dont care how good you are at real estate, your never going to make that much money consistently every day.
3. Maybe they lose as fast as they earn. But if I am not wrong, There are a lot of super rich real estate moguls who intergrate their businees others.
4. Since the industrial revolution, real estate has not been the most productive form of wealth. Before the industrial revolution, the richest men on Earth were in real estate. They were kings and emperors who owned vast territories and "rented" out the land to noblemen in exchange for the collection of taxes and the organization of military regiments, etc.
5. Real estate guys tend to be... Down to earth, so as to speak. ~
