Castellucci Hospitality Group and Chef J. Trent Harris, known for their Michelin-starred restaurant MUJŌ, have announced plans to open a new dining establishment called KOSHU Club in early 2026. The restaurant will be located at Ninetynine West Paces in Buckhead.

KOSHU Club aims to provide an elegant dining experience inspired by Japan’s Shōwa-era supper clubs. The culinary team will include Executive Chef J. Trent Harris and Chef de Cuisine Keith Miller. Their menu is set to combine traditional Japanese washoku and yōshoku dishes with modern techniques, focusing on high-quality seafood and meats prepared using sumibiyaki, a method of slow-grilling over binchōtan charcoal.

The beverage offerings will feature a curated sake list, Japanese-style cocktails, and an international wine selection from both established and emerging producers.

Smith Hanes Studio has been chosen to design the interior of KOSHU Club. The design will seek to create a calm atmosphere that reflects the understated elegance of mid-century Japan.
