Delta Air Lines introduces Saturday-only nonstop flights for summer 2026 leisure travel

Delta Air Lines has announced the introduction of new Saturday-only nonstop flights to several leisure destinations across North America and the Caribbean for summer 2026. The airline aims to provide more flexible travel options, allowing customers to reach popular vacation spots without layovers.

“Delta is always looking for ways to make travel more seamless and enjoyable for our customers,” said Amy Martin, Vice President – Network Planning. “These new Saturday-only nonstop routes are designed with flexibility and fun in mind, giving travelers more opportunities to explore top leisure destinations without the hassle. Whether it’s a beach trip or a mountain escape, we’re proud to offer more ways to make the most of the weekend.”

The new routes will be available from various cities across the United States, beginning in May or June 2026 and running through September or October 2026 depending on each route.

From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Delta will launch three new nonstop Saturday routes starting June 13: Bozeman, Montana; Kalispell, Montana; and Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Florida. These services will be operated by SkyWest and expand Delta’s presence in Austin alongside existing routes to Cancun and Cabo San Lucas as well as daily service to Miami.

Other new Saturday routes include flights from Atlanta to Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Vancouver; Boston to Aruba and Nassau; Los Angeles to Jackson Hole (operated by SkyWest) and Bozeman (operated by SkyWest); Seattle to Albuquerque (operated by SkyWest); New York LaGuardia to Destin-Fort Walton Beach (operated by Republic) and Nassau.

Additionally, several seasonal routes will return next summer from cities such as Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, New York-LaGuardia, New York-Kennedy, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and Seattle. These returning destinations include Traverse City (Michigan), Rapid City (South Dakota), Bangor (Maine), Curaçao, St. Croix (USVI), Roatán, Antigua and Barbuda, Bonaire, St. Kitts and Nevis; Myrtle Beach (South Carolina), Wilmington (North Carolina), Asheville (North Carolina); Punta Cana; Pensacola; Panama City; Bozeman; Cancun; Sint Maarten; Providenciales; Jackson Hole; San Juan; Sarasota-Bradenton; Puerto Vallarta.
