Delta Air Lines has been named one of Glassdoor’s 2026 Top 100 Best Places to Work, marking the ninth time the company has received this recognition. Delta is the only airline included on this year’s list.

The ranking is determined by anonymous employee feedback and economic data collected by Glassdoor. Employees highlighted Delta’s leadership, which they said supports individual success, career growth, and a culture of support and camaraderie.

“This recognition means so much because it comes directly from our people,” said Lisa Blackmon, Managing Director, Global Talent Acquisition. “At Delta, we’re intentional about creating a workplace where every employee can build a career they’re proud of, feel supported and know they belong.”

Delta offers various benefits to its employees such as profit sharing, unlimited standby travel privileges, career development opportunities, training programs, and comprehensive healthcare options including mental health and family-building support. The company also encourages staff participation in volunteer activities as part of its commitment to community engagement.
