Delta Air Lines has been named the top airline for business travel in the Business Travel News (BTN) Airline Survey for the 15th consecutive year. This achievement comes as the company marks its 100th anniversary.

In 2025, Delta introduced several updates aimed at corporate travelers and travel managers. Among these is a new Delta Business website, scheduled to launch in 2026, which aims to simplify corporate travel management. The company also established a Corporate Solution Team in 2025 to offer expert support and strategic partnership to travel managers. Additionally, Delta launched an unused ticket transfer program that allows corporate customers to transfer the value of unused tickets, aiming to increase flexibility and reduce waste.

“Fifteen years at the top is more than a streak—it’s a reflection of the trust and partnership we’ve built with our corporate customers,” said Delta’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Bob Somers. “As we celebrate 100 years, we’re doubling down on what matters most: reliability, service and forward-thinking solutions that empower business travelers and their organizations to thrive.”

The BTN Airline Survey is considered an industry benchmark for corporate travel, with rankings based on feedback from travel managers and buyers across categories such as customer service, distribution, and overall value.
