Delta Air Lines has announced the return of its nonstop flights to Tel Aviv from Atlanta and Boston, expanding its trans-Atlantic operations and reestablishing direct connections between key U.S. cities and Israel. Service from Atlanta will begin on April 15, 2026, with flights scheduled three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays using the Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The Boston route is set to start daily service on October 24, 2026, operated by the Airbus A330-900neo. Both routes will offer Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Delta Main cabin options.

The move follows Delta’s earlier resumption of daily service to Tel Aviv from New York-JFK that began on September 1, 2025. Additionally, the airline recently announced extra flights between New York-JFK and Tel Aviv from November 30, 2025 through January 19, 2026 to address higher demand during the winter season.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp expressed appreciation for the renewed connection: “I want to thank Delta for resuming nonstop service between Atlanta and Tel Aviv, providing a direct connection between the State of Georgia and one of our strongest allies,” he said. “This flight is important to so many in our state, further strengthening the cultural and economic ties between Georgia and Israel.”

Ed Freni, Executive Director of Aviation at Massport, also commented: “Massport welcomes Delta’s resumed service between Boston and Tel Aviv. This addition provides travelers with another option from Boston Logan.”
