Delta Air Lines has announced the upcoming launch of a redesigned digital platform for its business travel division, Delta Business. The new site was previewed at SHOWCASE, the company’s signature product reveal event, and is set to roll out to corporate accounts later this year. Travel agency customers are expected to receive access in 2026 with features tailored to their needs.

The updated platform will replace the current Delta Professional site and aims to provide more efficient tools for managed corporate travel. According to Bob Somers, Senior Vice President – Global Sales for Delta Air Lines, “This is more than a product launch — it’s a milestone in how we’re shaping the future of business travel together. With intuitive navigation, smart search and a streamlined wallet, we’re delivering the tools our partners need to move faster and smarter.”

Key features of the new site include an interface designed around user workflows, a responsive search tool capable of understanding natural language queries, and a centralized hub for managing Loyalty Tokens, Service Points and Amenity Points.

Delta Business has introduced several innovations over the past two decades. These include joint contracting in 2010, Sky Partner Reports in 2011, Corporate Priority in 2013, and the original Delta Professional platform in 2014. More recent additions have been Operational Performance Commitment (OPC) in 2015, GSS Live Chat in 2020, and SkyMiles for Business launched last year.

The company states that the reimagined Delta Business site will continue evolving based on customer feedback and will expand with additional dashboards and insights over time.
