The Atlanta Regional Commission has announced the relocation of the Gwinnett County Career Resource Center to a new facility in Duluth. The center, now located at 3805 Crestwood Parkway near the I-85-Pleasant Hill intersection, aims to enhance its support for job seekers throughout Gwinnett County.
The upgraded space offers expanded workshop areas and additional rooms to accommodate partner-led workshops, employer events, and community training sessions. Services provided at the center include career assessment testing, job-readiness training, job-search assistance, and connections to approved career-training programs. These services are available free of charge to job seekers.
Brett Lacy, Workforce Solutions Managing Director, commented on the move: “The relocation of our career resource center shows our dedication to meeting job seekers where they are and helping them succeed in the long run. This new facility combines the latest technology, practical tools, and personalized support in one location, creating a space where residents can explore meaningful career paths and connect with real opportunities. We’re proud to invest in a space that boosts our regional workforce and empowers individuals to build brighter futures.”
In addition to supporting individual job seekers, the center also provides services for businesses such as employee training and skills development, recruitment assistance, and access to labor market data tools.
The Atlanta Regional Commission oversees Worksource Atlanta Regional, which operates career resource centers serving several counties including Gwinnett, Cherokee, Clayton, Douglas, Fayette, Henry and Rockdale.
Jobseekers interested in employment or training opportunities as well as employers seeking help with talent acquisition can access these resources through the new Duluth location.
