Hundredfold, a new American brasserie led by Chef Timothy Hollingsworth and Patina Group, will open at The Battery Atlanta in Five Ballpark Center this fall, according to an April 19 announcement. The restaurant aims to provide a refined yet approachable dining experience by combining French culinary techniques with familiar American flavors.
The opening of Hundredfold is significant as it marks the expansion of the restaurant team’s national presence following its debut at New York’s Belmont Park Village. The menu will include both classic and contemporary dishes that reflect Hollingsworth’s expertise in French technique alongside his appreciation for American comfort food.
Chef Hollingsworth said, “Hundredfold is rooted in the idea of taking familiar flavors and elevating them with intention and care. We want it to feel welcoming and memorable, whether guests are joining us for a quick bite or a full evening out.”
The beverage program has been developed by Chef Hollingsworth together with Olivier Rassinoux, Vice President of Restaurant and Bar at Patina Group. It will blend French elegance with American playfulness.
Mike Plant, President & CEO of Braves Development Company, said, “Hundredfold adds a distinct and complementary offering to our dining portfolio. Its blend of culinary quality and inviting atmosphere reflects the experiences guests have come to expect at The Battery Atlanta.”
Patina Group developed Hundredfold under its parent company Delaware North—hospitality partner for the Braves—demonstrating their ongoing commitment to delivering elevated yet accessible dining experiences.
