The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM Union) has announced that it is offering support to its members and their families during the holiday season, a period which can present challenges for many.

The union reminded members that there are two separate Employee Assistance Programs available. These programs provide confidential support around the clock.

Additionally, the IAM Union emphasized that broader resources are also accessible. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline can be reached by dialing 988, with options for text-based assistance or visiting 988lifeline.org. In emergencies, individuals are encouraged to call 911.

IAM Union representatives stated: “As we move through the holiday season, we wish every member and their families a happy holidays. We support you, your family, and your loved ones through what can be a challenging time.”
