For the second year in a row, Jason Moss, CEO of the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance (GMA), has been recognized as one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s Top 500 Most Influential Leaders. The list highlights individuals who have made significant contributions to Georgia’s economy.

“I am both humbled and honored to receive this distinction for the second straight year,” said Moss. “Since 2008, we have been helping support Georgia manufacturers by providing events in which leaders build relationships, develop their networks, and learn best practices.” He added, “Manufacturing is a powerful force that helps drive Georgia’s economy, with more than thirty-five billion dollars in manufactured goods exported last year. These companies also employ about four hundred thousand people statewide. I am passionate about growing this sector in our great state.”

Georgia continues to attract manufacturers due to its skilled workforce, pro-business government policies, and robust logistics infrastructure including highways, ports, and airports. Moss noted the competition among states to attract manufacturing businesses and emphasized GMA’s role in strengthening local industry leadership through education programs, plant tours, conferences, and networking opportunities.
