Lucie Morillon has been named Communications Representative at the Canadian Office of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), according to an announcement by IAM International President Brian Bryant. The appointment took effect on September 15, 2025.

Morillon has more than eight years of experience in communications and marketing. Her background includes work in the non-profit, public, and private sectors. In her new role, she will help support communications efforts for IAM Canada, with a focus on improving digital presence, member engagement, and communication across districts and locals.

“I’m excited to be joining such a passionate and dedicated team, and I look forward to using my skills to support IAM members across Canada,” Morillon said. “Being part of an organization that champions workers’ rights and helps build stronger, fairer workplaces is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to this meaningful work.”
