Priority Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: PRTH), based in Alpharetta, Georgia, has completed the acquisition of certain assets from DMSJV, LLC (“Dealer Merchant Services” or “DMS”). Part of the purchase was financed through a $35 million increase to Priority’s existing $1 billion syndicated term loan.
